I found an old notebook in the shelf that I haven´t written a word in, even though I can remember buying it 1,5 year ago. Since I always have scrapbook things lying around in the apartment, I decided to use my well-earned break from schoolreading, and design my very own training diary.
There´s no secret that colours makes me happy, so I´ve used all kinds of girly girl colours and decorated the front and the back page, as well as decorating some pages inside with a few lovely butterflies and motivational words to keep me going.
In my experience, half the job is done the moment you get started and make a routine out of training. Now that I´ve finally begun, I´ve noticed I also get motivation from seeing (in written form) when and where I did the workout, as well as what I did. Since I don´t wish to use my money on a training diary, why not make a personal one, designed to fit your personal needs and wishes. I am so in love with mine right now, I almost don´t want to be seperated from it
