Hello you How´s the first day of your week so far? Being the first day of the rest of the week, this is a unique chance of making up for lost goals and/or mistakes from last week. It´s all up to you. Almost as long as I´ve existed, I can remember hating Mondays. Really really hating Monday, spending valuable time on Sunday, working up a negativity around the next day. Like yesterday for instance. But today I decided I would try to look at Monday´s opportunities, have a positive attitude and be the smile amoung the crowd of Monday-negativity.

Well, I can´t say that I managed to keep the positive attitude and smile on all the time, but I know I´ve tried really hard, and it do helps. I expect it to be easier the nest Monday, and the Monday after that again, all he way until it´s implemented as a natural attitude to my being! The negativity doesn´t do very well already at the first day of the week, and another point, it contaminates so fast to other around you. Until you´re all blue and sad. Stand out and be the yellow post-it-note ;D
My day started early today, and I´ve been out flying a bit here and there, being at work, doing errands etc., and still I have schoolreading and some workout that needs to be checked out from my to-do-list. What can I say… Think positive thoughts, smiiile, and just do it!
