LEMON PIE with meringue:

(Bear in mind that this is not a recipe made by me,
I´ve copied this from a cookbook I´ve read at the hairdresser´s place,
I just can´t remember what the name of the book was exactly, unfortunately…)

I would also like to superremind you to pay close attention to the recipe whenever you´re making food and following a specific recipe. Because I have a tendency of being inpatient and being several sentences ahead of myself, like today for instance. This resulted in 185 g of sugar (!!!!) in the filling instead of lousy 5 spoons of sugar…. BUT! The pie was lovely, the only problem was that for once, I can actually say that the filling was a bit too sweet. So when we tasted it we had to remove much of the filling *hehe*! What I can say, “learning by doing”?

Vel, jeg prøver å få opp interessen for baking og annet matlaging, jeg synes ikke det er så morsomt med mye venting underveis, men resultatet derimot er tusen ganger bedre når en vet en har (nesten) fått det til, sånn som nå (bortsett fra 180 g ca for mye sukker :p):D
