(Bear in mind that this is not a recipe made by me,
I´ve copied this from a cookbook I´ve read at the hairdresser´s place,
I just can´t remember what the name of the book was exactly, unfortunately…)
I would also like to superremind you to pay close attention to the recipe whenever you´re making food and following a specific recipe. Because I have a tendency of being inpatient and being several sentences ahead of myself, like today for instance. This resulted in 185 g of sugar (!!!!) in the filling instead of lousy 5 spoons of sugar…. BUT! The pie was lovely, the only problem was that for once, I can actually say that the filling was a bit too sweet. So when we tasted it we had to remove much of the filling *hehe*! What I can say, “learning by doing”?
