We went to the gym, I ran around 30 minutes, I trained my (at the moment one-pack) abs, I did some workout on my arms and was one of the few other people that didn´t leave before past closing-time: oh yesssssssss sir!

    Let me know if you would want some workout tips – as I am a Personal Trainer, dealing with different people and fitness goal every day! :-) I can see from your blogposts that you’ve got a whole lot right – but also you could get more benefits from your workouts if you did some small changes. Like doing the weight lifting before running. I have a whole facebook page with free workouts (with video) and I live to give people the chance to really get fit. So don’t hesitate to ask! :-)

    You’ve inspired me to give running a new chance by the way. :-) It’s true! I went for a run for the first time in years just this other day! I’m not going to run too much – it’s not good for my fitness goals, but a little bit of running would be good even for me. ;-)

I hope you´ll keep it going, I promise you it´ll get better in time, and you´re right, a little bit of running, I believe, is good for everyone :-) !
